Our Story: Commitment, Care, and Community Since 2001

In 2001, Victor and Gina Alvarez founded American Structural Pest Control West, Inc. with a clear vision: to build a company rooted in integrity, hard work, and family values. After years of experience in the pest control industry, Victor saw the opportunity to create something of his own — a business that would not only support his family but also serve the community with the highest standards of care and professionalism. 

What began as a small, family-run operation quickly earned a reputation for reliable service and personalized customer care. Victor treated customers like family and set the foundation for everything the company would become.

In 2012, Amanda joined the team, bringing with her a deep respect for the family business and a passion for delivering quality service. In 2016, her husband Ben came on board, adding his own drive and dedication to the company’s mission. Together, they embraced the core values Victor and Gina had established, learning the business from the ground up and building strong relationships with customers and team members alike.

In 2022, Victor and Gina proudly passed the torch to Ben and Amanda, entrusting them with the legacy they had built. Now, as second-generation owner-operators, Ben and Amanda are committed to carrying that legacy forward — not just for themselves, but for the dedicated team members who make it all possible.
